Onboarding Issue: Invalid Referral Code when setting up Admin Console

If you’re seeing an Invalid referral code message when trying to apply a code during setup, it may be due to the email address you’re using.

Why is this happening?

Our system requires a unique email for certain steps in the setup process. If you made a purchase with one email and are now trying to use a referral code with the same email, the system may not accept it.

How to Fix It

  • Use a different email – If possible, sign up with another email address when setting up your admin account.
  • Reach out to support – If you’d like to keep using the same email, contact our support team, and we’ll help you get set up.
